The red light blinks red and blue (and there is a matching yellow/green blinking light on the back.)
You can see silver rectangles to the left of the red light -
there are a lot of LEDs in there as well, fading in and out.

Two speakers are mounted behind the center vents.  He "talks" through those speakers.

The dome can be turned as well.  Both the dome rotation and the talking are
under remote control.
