IRC We are doing a fundraiser! If you’ve been reading about the refugee crisis and wishing you could help, then here’s your chance!

Evan is bringing a one hour show to the Phinney Center! It’s a VERY kid friendly show so bring them! But it’s not a kid show, so bring the adults too – kid friendly doesn’t have to mean the adults don’t have a blast! Evan is donating all time and materials, his crew is donating time materials, and the Phinney Center is donating the theater. So EVERYTHING will be going to the International Rescue Committee to help refugees in the Seattle area (see the facebook event for more details.)

Donations to the IRC are tax deductible! But to get that you should donate to the IRC directly. Which works, as I’d rather not be a middleman – so just go here:
https://engage.rescue.org/donate/us-seattle-wa
And donate what you can. If you can’t donate a lot – a small donation is WAY better than no donation! So just make any donation you can. Then at the show just let us know what you donated. Bring a printout if you can, but otherwise you can just tell us. We’ll be taking donations at the show as well (and will have a laptop so you can donate directly at the show) but our preference is for funds to just go straight to the IRC.

We do ask that you let us know you’re coming so we can do a headcount and not overload the theater:

That part is totally free.

If you can’t attend the show but want to donate – THANK YOU! Just let us know what you donated so we can tally it up!
